Norwegians for Ron Paul?

It has been said that Ron Paul is not a politician in a Norwegian spirit.

Well?

Norwegians hate red tape. Ron Paul is the candidate for reducing red tape.

While many Norwegians have lots of thoughts about how other nations should be run, they generally do not approve of imposing such thoughts by force. They generally don't like the concept of policing the world. Ron Paul wants to put an end to the U.S. policing the world.

Ron Paul is first of all a Constitutionalist and a decentralist. He wants to reduce rule from Washington, D.C. Norwegians are very skeptical to rule from Brussels. Norwegians even said no to membership in the European Union at the last referendum. Ron Paul's decentralist views resonate to a great extent with decentralist views of Norwegians.
